- Budgeting - Management can set Department Budgets for Wages
- Rostering - via a graphical click-and-drag interface, giving instant feedback on number of staff working, wage costs, average hourly wage etc.
- Biometric Technology - using a fingerprint scanner for employees to clock-in and clock-out eliminates time-fraud and produces accurate attendance figures.
- Payroll Integration - attendance is checked and adjustments made. BuRPS then outputs all information for Payroll (currently interfaces with Attache Payroll and Quickbooks Payroll Premier)
- Management Reporting - keep track of department roster and payroll wages against the Budget that was set. Monitor number of staff on the floor and analyse cost breakdowns by age, department, job status etc.
